Who the Hell is Willie?
That’s a question I’ve often asked myself. I’ve been so many people and worn so many hats over the last 54 years it is getting kind of confusing.
Right now I am a 55 year old, divorced, father of two, grandaddy of one, metaphysically, quantum physically inclined, peace loving hillbilly with definite hippie tendencies or maybe that’s a hippie with hillbilly tendencies. See I told you it was complicated. Maybe you just want the facts and my current take on reality. You can get that from this blog, and of course my book site, Your Loved Ones, Your Self.
I was a clinical hypnotherapist and helped hundreds of people use the hidden strength within themselves to change their lives. I’ve been a carpenter and truck driver, computer programmer and internet entrepreneur. I’ve been a fiber artist and gambler.
My hobbies are fishing, quantum physics (looking at the big picture), reading. I eat too much (sometimes) and smoke and drink. Did I mention I’m an ordained minister?
I’ve owned , groomed, and cared for race horses, and though I am no real horseman in the true sense of the word (my grandfather was a Montana cowboy so I know a real horseman when I meet one) I have been around them enough to do some pretty decent sight handicapping. I was becalmed in the land of blackflies and 8 month winters for 18 years and I am ready to go where it’s warm and have some fun. I have lived in warmer places like Key West and Georgia and I am ready to try a little of that southern sunshine again. Don’t get me wrong, I love the northern lattitudes and New England, but it is time for a change. So I have spent the last few winters in Arizona and Florida.
I’ve lived recklessly at times, but who hasn’t? I’ve earned every line on my face and gray hair (my kids helped with that) and have some good stories to tell. Like the best stories, they are partly truth and partly fiction, just like the history books they use in school. If history is written by the victors or survivors, then I must be one or the other. I believe in the power of love and the energy of the human spirit. I mean real energy, too. We are all connected through magnetic waves, the Zero Point Gravity Field, and the love we share.
