For anybody who has noticed I haven’t been writing much, it is because I have been concentrating on getting my book finished.  I almost have the first draft of about 70,000 words finished.  It is beautiful here in the high desert and I have had a few adventures, but other than going horseback riding along the Pagano Wash and hitting supers at Turf Paradise, the only things I can talk about are taking long walks, seeing wild pigs, coyotes, and road runners.

I have decided not to stay here for the whole winter because it is colder than I would like.  I’ll start heading old Mariah East next month.  In the meantime, be well and happy and stay warm.  When we meet in person I’ll fill in the blanks.
